Bachelor Cooking with Uncle Larry – Episode 1 – Chops a la Can Lid
Uncle Larry’s recipe for Chops a la Can Lid:
1 package of boneless pork chops (6 medium size chops)
1 can of Cream of Chicken (2 cans if you like)
1 can of Cream of Mushroom
1 Tablespoon of Ranch Seasoning (Spicy)
1 Soup Can Lid (Cream of Chicken)
1 Can/Bottle of Beer (To drink while cooking – Increase as needed)
Dump everything in a crock pot and cook for 4 hours. Take out soup can lid at the end, added for flavor ONLY! Serve over rice, mashed potatoes or in a bowl straight up, with a hunk of buttered bread, your favorite veg and another beer.
Enjoy or just throw a beff roast and potatoes and ears of corn. Good for football satuy or Sunday. While you wait on your bets to come in. Thanks keep on Keeping On Bro
